We're looking for SHE Advisor to join our South West Water team based in the South West.
Location
:
Travelling across the Southwest region on a daily basis, in particular the Cornwall area
Hours
: 45 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?
As a SHE Advisor, you'll be working within the South West Water team, supporting them in driving forward the SHE initiatives and continuous improvement across the framework.
Your day to day will include:
- Supporting Kier's SHE Manager in the development and maintenance of the safety management system in line with the needs of the Kier, and our client, South West Water.
- Actively promoting and providing informed advice on relevant safety, health, wellbeing, and environmental topics.
- Ensuring all accidents, incidents and near misses are effectively investigated, contributing to incident review boards as required.
- Working closely with the operational teams to support them in fulfilling their SHE responsibilities
- Conducting SHE inspections and audits
What are we looking for?
This role of SHE Advisor is great for you if:
- Hold NEBOSH Level 3 certificate or equivalent
- Have experience within the construction, infrastructure or utilities industry
- Have experience with incident investigation and reporting
- Full Driving Licence
