Senior Structural Technician

Senior Structural Technician – Full or Part Time

We are looking for a Senior Structural Technician to join an award‑winning consultancy in Exeter. The role could be full‑time or part‑time with a minimum of three days a week, depending on the candidate’s preference.

• Directly support structural engineers with technical input and advice
• Assist in developing junior technicians
• Attend design meetings
• Liaise between contractors and clients
• Manage own workload and work autonomously
• Produce accurate drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit
• Involve in standard and process setting for office BIM output

• Significant experience working with a variety of building structures and materials
• Experience with software packages such as AutoCAD and Revit
• Knowledge of BIM
• Good communication skills
• A solid understanding of design and construction process and regulations

Salary up to £45,000pa, pro‑rated for part‑time. Preference for full‑time or part‑time (3, 4 or 5‑day weeks) based on experience.
