• Support the commercial teams on all day-to-day administrative activity, including producing reports as required
• Support the team on project closure and final account activities; attendance at contractor performance meetings
• Develop a working knowledge of quantity surveying best practices and framework agreement contract management
• Work with the commercial team to gain a wider understanding of the business and its interface with the client and subcontractor fraternity
• Develop relationships with key internal and external customers to support commercial activity.

• GCSEs for English, Mathematics and Sciences at grade 4 or above.
• A Levels in Maths and/or related subject.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Have the ability to travel to the office and sites (some of our sites are difficult to access through public transport).
• A driving licence would be preferred.
• Flexibility – Successful candidates will need to be flexible and willing to spend time in other offices and sites.
• Great communication skills. (Written and Verbal)
