Passionate about supporting young people to explore their future and make confident decisions? We're looking for a College Adviser to be a trusted link between the college and school communities across Devon and the Southwest. You'll provide excellent information, advice and guidance, helping students understand their options and feel excited about their next steps. You'll…

• Deliver engaging presentations and information sessions in schools
• Provide welcoming, honest and inspiring advice about college pathways
• Support recruitment activities including school events and college open events (with occasional evening work)
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, school careers teams and heads of year
• Create and share inspiring resources that promote our courses and opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and supportive learner journey

• Energetic, approachable and confident speaking to groups
• Experienced in working with young people (or a recent graduate keen to build experience in education and outreach)
• Brilliant at building positive relationships and putting people at ease
• Highly organised and able to manage a varied workload
• A strong communicator who can explain options clearly and simply
• Enthusiastic about making a real difference to young people's futures
