We’re looking for a dynamic, inspirational and student-centred leader who’ll champion outstanding outcomes for our learners aged between 16‑19 with high needs. As Head of Faculty, you’ll:- Lead a forward‑thinking SEND faculty with compassion, high expectations and strategic clarity
- Ensure our bespoke curriculum is innovative, inclusive and future‑focused
- Empower staff through coaching, collaboration and clear vision
- Drive quality, progression and high‑impact outcomes for all learners
- Champion safeguarding, equality, and inclusion across every aspect of the faculty
- Play a key role on the College Management Team—helping to influence college‑wide strategy during an exciting period of growth and transformation
