As the Early Years Teacher you will take responsibility for shaping the educational direction of the preschool room. You will plan, deliver and evaluate a high‑quality curriculum that reflects the EYFS and meets the needs of each child ensuring learning is purposeful, developmentally appropriate and carefully scaffolded. You will observe and assess children's progress, use the information to guide next steps and ensure that every child is supported to reach their full potential.

You will model best practice for the team, guiding practitioners in delivering consistent high‑quality interactions and supporting their understanding of child development. You will work closely with the manager and deputy manager to review and enhance the learning environment, maintain strong teaching and learning standards and contribute to the nursery’s ongoing quality improvement. This includes helping to embed reflective practice, supporting planning processes and ensuring the curriculum remains engaging, inclusive and aligned with the setting’s ethos.

The new environment has been thoughtfully designed to spark curiosity while still maintaining the warm, calm and nurturing atmosphere that families know and love. Alongside the inviting indoor areas the large outdoor garden offers children endless opportunities to climb, dig, imagine and discover the world around them in a natural and stimulating setting.
