We lead several Department for Education ‘centres of excellence’ and support schools across the country with professional development and school improvement strategies.

Your Role
  • Support teachers in delivering a rich, project‑based curriculum
  • Assist with classroom setup, pupil records, and admin tasks
  • Lead reading groups, PE sessions, and accompany school trips
  • Mentor and tutor pupils to help them thrive academically and personally
  • Embrace digital learning and help prepare pupils for the 21st‑century world
What You’ll Bring

Hours and Salary
  • Option 1 – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, five days per week, 40 weeks per year (Term time + 10 days)
  • Option 2 – 8:30 am – 3:30 pm, five days per week, 40 weeks per year (Term time + 10 days)
  • Full time equivalent salary £23,557
