This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on the Streatham campus and some from home. We welcome applications from candidates interested in working part‑time hours or job‑sharing arrangements. This 0.8 FTE post is available immediately on a permanent term basis. Hours are semi‑flexible to meet operational needs.
Summary of the roleThe Education and Academic Services (EAS) Directorate is one of the largest of the Professional Services Teams and is responsible for delivering world‑class educational services to Faculties whilst ensuring the best possible experience for our students and academics.
We are looking for timetabling administrators to help build and maintain the University timetable for staff and students who are attending classes located at our Streatham and St Luke’s sites. The post holder will have a key role in supporting academics and students to realise the best possible timetable for their teaching and learning at the University.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain the University timetable for staff and students.
- Support academics and students to realise the best possible timetable for teaching and learning.
- Multi‑task and problem‑solve to meet operational needs.
- Liaise with stakeholders and support event planning and scheduling.
Successful candidates will have experience in scheduling, events planning and stakeholder liaison.
Experience with office systems and software including Outlook, Word and Excel is essential. Excellent communication skills in writing and verbal, an excellent team player and a commitment to equal opportunities and inclusion.
