Can you help support your local hospice, as a valued member of our team?
Typical activities include:- Welcome learners to training sessions
- Record delegates attendance on training events
- Facilitate access to training videos and resources
- Welcome speakers to training sessions
- Ensure training rooms are tidy before and after training
- Report any issues or concerns to a member of the Learning and Development Team
- Be friendly and welcoming to learners and speakers
- Be competent with information technology
- Maintain accurate training records
- Escalate any issues appropriately
- Be reliable
- An experienced ‘buddy’ to help you settle in
- Regular communication with the Learning and Development Team
