Thrive Recruitment Group is recruiting an experienced and passionate Forest School Lead for a well‑established early years setting based on a working farm in Newton St Cyres, Exeter.
This is an exciting opportunity for an outdoor learning professional to lead and develop Forest School provision within a nurturing and nature‑rich environment.
The Role- Lead high‑quality Forest School sessions
- Plan and deliver engaging outdoor learning experiences
- Support children's development through child‑led play
- Promote safe, inclusive and risk‑aware outdoor practice
- Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team
- Forest School qualification (Level 3 desirable)
- Strong understanding of EYFS and outdoor education
- Confident, enthusiastic and passionate about nature‑based learning
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Negotiable salary depending on experience
