Shoots Training Team delivers first class qualifications in Childcare, Education, Business Administration and management, alongside various short courses.
We have achieved Investors in People recognition as well as the Beacon Award for Training Excellence, Good Ofsted grade and top grades from external inspectors from NCFE, City & Guilds, Pearsons and CACHE.
About YouYou are a dedicated trainer with a passion for delivering high quality training and developing real bonds with learners and employers.
Qualifications- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Education, or equivalent, and significant occupational competency.
- Experience in training and assessing Early Years to Level 5 standard and functional skills up to Level 2.
- Understanding of E-Learning Portfolios and passionate about delivering quality training.
- A teaching qualification (e.g. AET, PTLLS) and assessing qualification (e.g. A1, CAVA).
- Experience in leadership and management.
- Superb time‑keeping skills and able to work on your own initiative, prioritising workload.
- IT competency.
- Own vehicle and valid Driver’s Licence, willing to travel across region.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of award winning qualifications.
- Use our e‑portfolio system to manage the learner journey.
- Ensure accurate assessment of learners against National Standards.
- Create appropriate solutions to ensure the best learning experience.
- Implement equal opportunities at all times.
- Process paperwork and mark assignments efficiently.
- Mark and update E‑Learning portfolios regularly.
- Meet with the Senior Manager on a regular basis to discuss individual learner development.
