Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and flexible Supply Teachers to support a variety of partner schools across the Exeter area. We work closely with local schools and multi-academy trusts to provide reliable teaching cover and ongoing support.
This is an excellent opportunity for teachers seeking flexible work to fit around other commitments, whether you're looking for day-to-day supply or more consistent, long-term roles.
Location: Exeter, Devon
Pay: £120-£150 per day
Contract: Flexible - Part-Time & Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP - flexible start options available
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
Deliver pre-prepared lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2
Support a variety of schools within the local area
Adapt confidently to different classroom settings and school environments
Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
We are looking for candidates who have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience or confidence teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A flexible, proactive, and dependable approach
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
Competitive daily pay rates of £120-£150 (depending on experience and role)
