Axcis Education is working with an alternative provision based in Exeter that provides a supportive and inclusive environment for children with a range of educational, emotional, and social needs. Their dedicated team works closely with students, families, and the wider community to create a positive, enriching learning experience.

We are looking for a full‑time outreach Teaching Assistant to join the provision. In this role, you will work closely with a specific student, providing personalised support to meet their academic, social, and emotional needs. You will play a key role in helping the student fully engage in their learning, building their confidence, and fostering independence within the classroom setting. In the afternoons you will be working in the community on an outreach 1‑1 basis using your car to transport students for outdoor activities, appointments and community learning.
