Weinvite you to join us as a Specialist Psychiatrist at The Cedars, a new role working alongside aconsultant nurse approved clinician (MPAC) or consultant psychiatrist and acohesive MDT to provide senior medical input to this purpose built 17 bedded ward situated in Exeter.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be providing the senior medical leadership within an Acute psychiatric ward in Exeter.

The post holder will be available 9-5 Monday to Friday. The post holder will be based in Wonford House, Exeter, Devon.

The post holder willwork within MDT and offer assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients on The Cedars, inpatient psychiatric service, as well as other expert clinical services in support of patients and their families/carers as judged necessary.

This is a fixed term term post for 12 months with the possibility of renewal.
