Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Project Architect located in Exeter. The Project Architect will lead design development, manage projects from inception to completion, and collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver innovative architectural solutions. Responsibilities include preparing submittals, ensuring compliance with design and building standards, producing detailed designs using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, and maintaining sustainability considerations.

The role also involves coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to meet project objectives and client expectations.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Architecture, Revit and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing Submissions.
  • Strong Project Management skills to oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practice.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Professional degree in Architecture
  • All RIBA Stages.
  • Preparation of Feasibilities, Planning Applications and Technical Stage Pack of Information through to site.
  • Applicants must reside in the South West and/or locally.
