A family-run business in Exeter is seeking a Customer Care Co‑ordinator to be the primary contact for customer relations. You will ensure the delivery of excellent service and maintain customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. Ideal candidates will have proven customer service experience and strong communication skills, as well as experience with CRM software. The position is a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.
