Role Overview :

Responsibilities

of the Customer Service Administrator:
  • Handling incoming customer calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Coordinating enquiries by liaising with internal teams and returning information to customers
  • Supporting the preparation of customer documentation and handover packs
  • Assisting with administrative processes and maintaining accurate records
Requirements of the Customer Service Administrator:
  • A friendly and professional communication style, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
  • Confidence using basic IT systems and willingness to learn new software
  • A proactive, reliable approach and a genuine interest in customer service
