Sustainment Advisor

We are looking for a Housing Sustainment Advisor to join our team and help deliver an excellent Intensive Housing Management (IHM) service.

As a Housing Sustainment Advisor, you will:

• Work alongside Housing Officers to provide practical, personalised housing and accommodation support.
• Help customers sustain their accommodation, live independently, and work towards personal goals.
• Carry out regular home visits, ensuring tenancy/licence compliance.
• Coordinate essential services and support to meet customer needs.
• Take a person‑centred, strengths‑based approach, empowering customers to achieve positive outcomes.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about supporting people to live independently.
• Organised and confident with regular home visits and tenancy management.
• Able to identify underlying issues and connect customers with the right support.
• A strong communicator who can build positive relationships.
