Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Quantity Surveyor role working from our Exeter office. Responsibilities include managing cost analysis, preparing estimates, financial reporting, and working closely with project teams to ensure contract compliance and cost control. Collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients is a key part of the role, as is ensuring projects are delivered within budget and timeline requirements. The role requires attention to detail to identify cost savings while maintaining quality and standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in cost analysis, contract administration, and financial reporting for construction projects
  • Proficiency in preparing budget estimates, conducting valuations, and cash flow forecasting
  • Experience in project management, planning, and decision-making to ensure project compliance and delivery
  • Proficient in communication, stakeholder collaboration, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with construction industry regulations, safety standards, and sustainable building practices
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
