We’re on the hunt for a talented Intermediate Quantity Surveyor ready to make their mark with a leading independent construction consultancy. This isn’t your standard QS role – you’ll be at the heart of commercial decision‑making, working on high‑profile projects from £500k up to £12m. Acting as the vital link between junior QS staff and the senior team, you’ll bring your technical expertise, commercial savvy, and proactive guidance to a portfolio that spans multiple sectors.

• Preparing and reviewing cost plans, budgets, and feasibility studies
• Producing Bills of Quantities, Schedules of Work, and tender documentation
• Managing commercial aspects of contracts, including valuations and reporting
• Acting as Employer's Agent on selected projects
• Supporting delivery teams and mentoring junior QS staff
