How you'll make an impact As an Account Handler, you'll play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with precision and care. You'll handle policy renewals, process mid-term adjustments, and respond to client queries, all while delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you'll ensure seamless service delivery and build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and stakeholders.
Your day-to-day will involve staying updated with industry trends and regulations, assisting in client retention strategies, and supporting Account Executives and team members. This is a role where your contributions will directly impact our clients and the success of our team. About You Here's what you'll bring to the role:
Experience in a similar role, ideally with cross-class risks, e-trade package risks, and motor insurance. Knowledge of the waste recycling and haulage sectors is a plus. Strong organisational skills to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive and motivated approach to work, with a desire to grow within Gallagher. A commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct.
