Working closely with the International Sales Channel Director, this role is responsible for building, activating and scaling a strong UK partner ecosystem spanning insurers, brokers, leasing providers and organisations in the safety and sustainability space.

The core objective is simple but powerful: generate high-quality, partner-introduced opportunities for the UK sales team, while developing a compelling reseller proposition that positions Lightfoot as the partner of choice in our market.

This is a highly visible, commercially driven role, ideal for someone who thrives on relationship‑building, influence and turning strategy into measurable results.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Driving Partner‑Led Growth
  • Build, develop and execute the UK partnership plan in collaboration with the Lead Generation Partner team
  • Generate a consistent flow of partner‑introduced meetings and opportunities for the UK sales team
  • Own and grow existing partner relationships, maximising introductions, pipeline value and long‑term revenue
  • Identify, onboard and activate new partners and resellers aligned to Lightfoot’s growth strategy
  • Develop a scalable reseller proposition that clearly articulates value for partners and end clients
  • Defend and strengthen Lightfoot’s position as a preferred partner against competitors
Partner Engagement & Enablement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for UK partners, building trusted, long‑term relationships
  • Design and deliver compelling partner messaging, campaigns and updates across multiple channels
  • Coordinate and support partner‑introduced sales opportunities through the funnel, working closely with Sales
  • Manage partner communications around wins, volumes, commission splits and performance
  • Lead partner review meetings at pace and scale, both virtually and face‑to‑face
  • Resolve partner disputes pragmatically, with a commercial, win‑win mindset
Brand & Market Presence
  • Design and deploy engaging UK partner marketing initiatives in collaboration with Marketing
  • Support the creation of partner case studies and success stories
  • Champion Lightfoot’s products and value proposition across the partner ecosystem
  • Ensure partners are fully enabled on Lightfoot’s evolving product suite and benefits
  • Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of the partner portal
Commercial & Operational Excellence
  • Oversee partner contracts, working closely with Finance and Legal where required
  • Manage onboarding processes for new partners to ensure a smooth, professional experience
  • Run and optimise ‘retro broker’ activity to support direct sales where relevant
  • Track, analyse and report partner activity, meetings and unit sales to Sales Controlling
  • Contribute to senior business updates, including the Managing Director’s end‑of‑week reporting
Events & Industry Engagement
  • Represent Lightfoot at partner and industry events, including speaking opportunities
  • Support major UK and international Lightfoot events (e.g. CV Show, FML)
  • Attend insurance and partner industry events (e.g. BIBA or international equivalents)
  • Plan and host Lightfoot partner lunches, owning the strategy, locations and timing
  • Actively participate in wider company events and initiatives
What we are looking for…
  • Proven experience in partnership development, business development or sales, with a strong track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships
  • Confident communicator and negotiator, with the credibility to influence and build relationships at all levels
  • Commercially minded, highly organiser and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Analytical and solutions‑focused, with the ability to turn insight into action
  • Able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Experience managing budgets and using CRM systems and data to drive performance
  • Strong understanding of the UK market; experience in insurance, telematics or camera technology is a plus
  • Additional language skills are an advantage
