the team

Our Customer Engagement and Pre-Sales team is looking for an Engagement Manager to guide customers through a change journey as they look to evaluate and embed our legal or tax products into the way they work, helping to establish value while understanding their users’ wants and needs.

This successful Customer Engagement and Pre-Sales team are proven high performers who partner with teams to help them make informed choices about their content and solution needs.

About the Role

Our Engagement Managers become a key partner for the customers they work with, building effective relationships and a deep understanding of their needs. Leveraging a well-established framework, our Engagements Managers run short and long term projects with our customers to assess needs and help with the transition process to a new product, the focus being on our core Research and Guidance platforms and our market-leading Lexis+ AI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with account managers to identify and develop opportunities that deliver value for customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders to understand their needs and demonstrate solutions effectively.
  • Support customers through change by helping them integrate our products into their workflows.
  • Gather and share customer feedback to inform product improvements.
Requirements
  • Experience in the legal sector or transferable skills that can be applied in this context.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships across different levels of an organization.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to engage customers and promote positive change.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to help customers discover how technology can improve efficiency and outcomes.
