GTS Transportation is partnering with a leading automotive group in the Exeter area to find a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join their high-performing workshop team. Salary: upto £35,000 basic (DOE) + bonus (OTE £60,000 +)

• Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
• Performing diagnostics and identifying faults accurately
• Advising customers when needed with clear, expert communication
  
  Working closely with the service team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Supporting and mentoring junior technicians to build a collaborative workshop culture

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Strong diagnostic and repair knowledge
• High attention to detail and commitment to workmanship
• Valid UK driving licence
• MOT licence is desirable but not essential
