An independent automotive dealership in Exeter is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join their team. This hands-on role involves supporting the Head of Sales while actively engaging in vehicle sales and driving team performance. Candidates should have proven automotive sales experience and a strong customer-first mindset, with an expected OTE of £40,000–£50,000. Additional benefits include a company car and additional profit share.
Work hours are Monday–Friday from 08:00–18:00 and Saturdays on a rota basis.
