Exeter office (EX5 1AU
) and play a key role in keeping our finance operations running seamlessly.

As a Finance Key Customer Administrato
r you will help to manage the administrative financial process for one of Trinity’s key customers. This involves managing the upload of a high volume of sales invoices/credit notes to the customer’s online portal.

This is a full time, permanent role working 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You will be office based at our
Exeter office which has on-site parking.

What you'll be doing:
  • Uploading of Sales invoices/credit notes to customer online portal

  • Be a point of contact for communications relating to the key customer.

  • Resolving invoice queries

  • Generating a weekly Microsoft Excel debt tracking report to monitor movements and update areas of focus for future workload.

  • Responding to customer requests for information and more specifically responses on committed costs

  • Issuing detailed monthly statements of accounts to the customer contract desk teams to review outstanding debt via email or online meeting forum

What we're looking for:
  • Ability to use Word and Excel databases effectively and accurately.

  • Ability to deal with high volumes of transactions accurately and ensure completeness of data.

  • A high level of customer service skill used when dealing with external contacts.

  • Good telephone manner and verbal communication

  • Able to plan effectively and organise own workload.

  • Able to deal with all staff tactfully and assertively.

  • Team working.
