r to join our
Exeter office (EX5 1AU
) and play a key role in keeping our finance operations running seamlessly.

As a Finance Key Customer Administrato
r you will help to manage the administrative financial process for one of Trinity’s key customers. This involves managing the upload of a high volume of sales invoices/credit notes to the customer’s online portal.
This is a full time, permanent role working 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You will be office based at our
Exeter office which has on-site parking.
Uploading of Sales invoices/credit notes to customer online portal
Be a point of contact for communications relating to the key customer.
Resolving invoice queries
Generating a weekly Microsoft Excel debt tracking report to monitor movements and update areas of focus for future workload.
Responding to customer requests for information and more specifically responses on committed costs
Issuing detailed monthly statements of accounts to the customer contract desk teams to review outstanding debt via email or online meeting forum
Ability to use Word and Excel databases effectively and accurately.
Ability to deal with high volumes of transactions accurately and ensure completeness of data.
A high level of customer service skill used when dealing with external contacts.
Good telephone manner and verbal communication
Able to plan effectively and organise own workload.
Able to deal with all staff tactfully and assertively.
