Sort and distribute incoming mail efficiently, ensuring that all correspondence reaches the right hands. Secretarial Support:
Provide essential secretarial support, including maintaining accurate records and updating resident information on a daily/weekly basis. Organizational Tasks:
Handle general filing, record maintenance, and photocopying to keep our office operations smooth and organized. Policy Adherence:
Work in alignment with company policies and contribute to creating a supportive and efficient work environment. Additional Duties:
Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the manager or proprietor to support the smooth running of the care home.
