Summary

We are looking for a Service Delivery Support Officer to enhance our team based at Exeter Airport
. You will join us on a full‑time (37 hours per week) 12‑month fixed‑term contract and receive a salary of £32,654 – £35,235 per annum.

About the Role

As our Service Delivery Support Officer you will supervise the provision of the full range of consistent administration duties and business support to ensure the continued resilience, efficiency and effectiveness of the Service Delivery Support teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the services goals and objectives, in accordance with DSFRS policies and procedures, and participate in a team‑based environment.
  • Supervise the day‑to‑day work of permanent and.mobile administration staff, allocating and prioritising workloads, quality assurance, coaching, mentoring and guidance.
  • Coordinate general administrative support to Service Delivery teams, including booking飞马会召开 meeting dates and locations, providing resources, and producing supporting papers and technical support.
  • Ensure internal communications systems for Service Delivery teams (e.g. SharePoint, Teams) are adequately administered.
  • Supervise the administrative support of theajat of functional areas such as Protection, Response or Training.
  • Support the administration of the department’s data management systems and provide user support to the Service Delivery Support Team.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Action internal and external enquiries appropriately, escalating or referring to the relevant department as required.
  • Support the manager with reasonable requests associated with the Service Delivery function.
  • Maintain spreadsheets, databases and systems, including the preparation and distribution of performance reports and project plans in a timely manner.
  • Assist Service Delivery teams with project work and other ad‑hoc matters.
  • Authorise orders and stores requisitions via the relevant systems, ensuring accurate and timely financial administration (including procurement card returns).
  • Provide resilience and continuity across the Service Delivery Support Teams.
