Senior Accountant​/Client Manager

A highly reputable and successful firm of chartered accountants based in Exeter is searching for a Senior Accountant / Client Manager to join their team as a key addition in a mixed accounts/tax and wider service support role to the managerial/partner group with opportunity to carve an influential role.

Based in Exeter this well established and successful firm acts for very wide ranging clients across varying industries and turnovers. As a result of combined replacement need and ongoing, sustained positive growth looking to plan for the future development of the firm, the partners are looking to bring in the right additional Senior Accountant / Client Manager to bolster their team.

Full or part time working hours can be explored, mouldable around the preferences of the right candidate.

Joining as Senior Accountant / Client Manager based from the firm’s Exeter offices you will senior, lead and manage the hands on delivery of accounts, tax and wider services to clients across varied industries and turnover ranges. You will develop client relationships, taking on increasing client portfolio and management responsibility, working on wider advisory/business services and delivering wider project work as you develop and carve a career within this firm.

A progression path is on offer and there is opportunity to carve an influential key role within this firm.

A range of experience and background levels can work for this Senior Accountant / Client Manager role with the scope to mould this to fit around the background and experience of the right addition so you may be qualified across any of AAT, ATT, ACA/ACCA etc, or equally could be studying at the part qualified or at finalist levels, or you have developed your career through experience only to date.

You will have a career background providing year end accounts/tax and all around, general accountancy practice services to wide ranging sole trade, partnership and limited company clients, developed within an accountancy practice firm environment. You will have developed your career to around the Senior or Managerial levels and be looking for a challenging new career opportunity. Full or part time working hours can be explored, mouldable around the preferences of the right candidate.
