Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse & Parts Assistant to support day-to-day operations at our Brentwood, NH location. This hands-on role includes responsibilities in shipping/receiving, parts logistics, warehouse organization, and job preparation to help keep our field service teams running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving
  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
  • Process outgoing shipments, schedule pickups as needed
Parts Assistance
  • Support ordering, quoting, and processing of parts
  • Pull and organize parts for upcoming jobs
  • Assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels
Warehouse Organization
  • Help organize and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse
  • Load/unload trucks with parts and equipment for scheduled jobs
  • Ensure tools, materials, and stock are properly stored and labeled
Parts Pickup & Delivery
  • Perform occasional local parts runs and pickups with company vehicle
  • Maintain records of pickups and deliveries
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or parts coordination preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable using inventory software and basic computer programs
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the day
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
