• ICU RN needed for Exeter Hospital. 12H nights
• 7p-7:30a, every third weekend required.
• MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.
• Must have successfully completed at least one travel assignment, prefer more than 1.
• 2+ years experience required.
• ACLS/BLS-AHA required.
• 10 bed ICU - Types of Cases / Patients in ICU:
  Critically ill adult patients: medical emergencies, post surgical care, respiratory failure, sepsis etc. (the typical mix for community hospital ICUs) — since there are intensivists and hospitalists, and the hospital handles specialty services (cardiac, surgery, etc.).
• Some pediatric critical care:
  Exeter doesn't have its own full pediatric ICU in many reports; often when children become critically ill, they may need to be transferred to larger tertiary pediatric centers.
• But the ICU does manage some ill children in certain situations (e.g. early in illness, stabilizing) when pediatric needs are involved.
• Stroke patients:
  Exeter has telestroke / tele - neurology services, because they are certified as a Primary Stroke Center. So acute stroke patients may be managed in ICU if needed.

Past working candidates must be separated from BILH for 6+ months to be considered.
