Position: School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - Exeter, New Hampshire
A part-time nursing professional is needed to support a preschool student with complex medical needs in an elementary school setting in Exeter, NH. This position involves providing medical care including management of an NG tube and seizure care. The role is scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday mornings, approximately from 8:00 to 11:00 am, with the possibility of accompanying the student on the bus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to a preschool student with significant medical requirements.
• Monitor and manage seizures and NG tube care in accordance with medical protocols.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure the student's health and safety.
• Potentially accompany the student during transportation to and from school.

Qualifications and

Experience:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire is preferred;
  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) consideration subject to district interview.
• Experience supporting students with complex medical conditions in a school or similar setting.
• Ability to manage acute medical needs such as seizure response and feeding tube care.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with education and medical teams.
• Flexibility for attendance during early morning hours and transportation duties.

Location:

• Exeter, New Hampshire, at an elementary school.

Contract Details:

• Contract position with an anticipated start in mid-February, contingent upon medical equipment and documentation completion.
• Assignment duration from ASAP through June 15, 2026.
