Registered Nurses in our Intensive Care Unit are leaders and partners in patient care at Exeter Hospital. The units strive for a nurse‑to‑patient ratio of 2:1 or 1:1, which allows the nurse to truly make an impact on the patient and family. Multidisciplinary rounds support strong physician‑nurse collaboration as the nurse is involved in the decisions that affect the patient and their input is valued.
Our computerized documentation system allows nurses to document at the bedside. The nursing leadership team partners with our education staff to provide opportunities for career enhancement and professional development. We recognize that our nurses and clinical staff play a vital role in the success of our organization.
- 1 year critical care or telemetry experience preferred
- RN License – N.H. state or any other compact state
- BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire
- ACLS certified or within 6 months of hire
