Compensation: Starting salary $70,000
Reports to: Vice President of Sales
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and managing Northeast Distribution’s marketing and dealer communications. This role owns Hub Spot administration, email marketing, content creation, social media, and dealer-facing messaging to ensure consistent, professional communications that support sales and strengthen dealer engagement. Responsibilities- Hub Spot Management
- Administer Hub Spot tools, maintain CRM/marketing data integrity, and support reporting and campaign tracking.
- Build, launch, and optimize workflows and automations aligned to dealer communications and marketing priorities.
- Email Marketing, Dealer Communications & List Management
- Create, schedule, and manage email drip campaigns (build, testing, deployment, performance review).
- Produce and distribute a consistent dealer newsletter and other dealer-facing communications.
- Maintain and segment dealer contact databases and distribution lists (e.g., dealer groups, opted-in contacts, manufacturer-specific lists) to ensure the right audiences receive the right communications at the right time.
- Maintain communication cadence and ensure messaging is accurate, timely, and on-brand.
- Content & Creative Production
- Create and manage marketing content and assets across email, social, and dealer communications.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign) and/or Canva to design collateral and maintain brand standards.
- Social Media Management
- Plan, publish, and manage content across company social platforms.
- Monitor engagement, maintain brand voice, and coordinate content to support key initiatives.
- Cooperative Advertising (Co-Op) Program Management
- Manage manufacturer cooperative advertising programs, including tracking requirements, coordinating submissions, maintaining documentation, and supporting the internal process to maximize co-op opportunities.
- Serve as a point of contact for co-op guidelines, deadlines, and compliance to ensure accurate and timely execution.
- Website Support (Preferred)
- Support basic updates to the company website as needed;
Word Press experience preferred but not required.
- Support basic updates to the company website as needed;
- Demonstrated experience managing Hub Spot (campaigns, workflows/automations, lists/segmentation, reporting).
- Experience creating and executing email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Experience maintaining and segmenting contact databases/distribution lists for targeted communications.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign or Canva (and related tools).
- Experience managing business social media platforms and publishing content consistently.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and brand voice.
- Word Press experience (content updates, basic page edits).
- Experience supporting co-op advertising programs, vendor/manufacturer marketing guidelines, or B2B dealer networks.
- Dealer communications are consistent, targeted, and on schedule (newsletter + segmented campaigns).
- Hub Spot and contact lists are clean, accurate, and well-organized for effective targeting and reporting.
- Social channels are active, on-brand, and support sales priorities.
- Co-op programs are organized, compliant, and fully leveraged through strong tracking and follow-through.
