Are you passionate about precision, quality, and continuous improvement? We’re looking for an experienced Quality Control Inspector / CMM Operator to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the production and shipment of high-quality products.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with Production, Engineering, Planning, and Purchasing to inspect, analyze, and validate components throughout in-process and final production. If you thrive in a detail-driven environment and have strong CMM programming experience, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T per ASME Y14.5 standards
- Develop new CMM inspection programs using CAD models and/or blueprints (PC-DMIS)
- Execute existing CMM programs and analyze/report inspection results
- Generate detailed measurement reports for internal and external customers
- Create work instructions and provide guidance to CMM operators
- Perform mechanical, dimensional, and visual inspections across diverse product lines
- Identify nonconforming material and generate DMRs (Defective Material Reports)
- Coordinate Return-to-Vendor (RTV) tracking and support Material Review Board activities
- Review documentation including CoC, CoA, FAIRs, purchase orders, and test records
- Inspect in-process production and proactively communicate quality trends and issues
- Use precision measuring equipment (calipers, height gauges, pin gauges, micrometers, etc.)
- Support corrective action initiatives by identifying root causes and implementing improvements
This position requires access to technology and materials controlled under U.S. export laws (ITAR/EAR). Employment is contingent upon the ability to obtain required U.S. Government export authorization.
