CNC Operator

Are you an experienced CNC professional who takes pride in precision, safety, and continuous improvement? We’re looking for a CNC Operator to join our team and play a key role in equipment setup, quality assurance, and process optimization.

In this role, you’ll go beyond basic machine operation — you’ll help drive efficiency, ensure top-tier quality standards, and support a culture of safety and collaboration.

• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Conduct quality checks to verify parts meet required specifications
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Adhere to all safety protocols and use required protective equipment
• Inspect finished machine parts and verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments
• Set up machines and run first-piece inspections after setup completion
• Select tooling and design fixtures to support CNC program creation and modifications
• Identify and address production inefficiencies to improve workflow and output

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, blueprints, CNC equipment, and MasterCAM
• Strong mathematics and CNC programming capabilities
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining or related field
• High School Diploma or GED required

This position requires access to technology, materials, software, or hardware controlled by U.S. export regulations (ITAR/EAR). Employment is contingent upon the ability to obtain any required U.S. Government export license(s), as applicable by law.
