  Hands‑on experience in mechanical alignment, dimensional inspection, and part finishing, mentored by seasoned technicians.

  Direct support of land vehicles, aircraft, and space systems that defend and explore our world.

• Maintain production fixtures and equipment.
• Keep production equipment and work area clean.
• Document all production and losses.
• Communicate process and equipment status.
• Review data to ensure product quality during production.
• Report and document process issues and equipment malfunctions.

• Strong eye for detail and steady hand for precision work.
• Interest in aerospace, defense, or mechanical processes.
• Ability to read or willingness to learn to interpret mechanical drawings.
• Dependability and desire to grow in a skilled trade.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related area.

• This position requires export‑controlled technology. A U.S. Government export license is required for employment.
• Pay Range: $18.00 – $23.00 hourly.
