, and they’re looking for a dependable, detail‑driven Operations Support Associate to join their team.
- Location: Exeter, NH
- Duration: Temp‑to‑Hire
- Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Pay: $27.75/hr
In this role, you’ll support daily operations by keeping important information organized, accurate, and up to date. Your work helps internal teams, customers, and managers stay aligned and informed.
You will:
- Maintain records, work orders, reports, and correspondence related to Gas and Electric Assets
- Help close construction projects and billable work on time
- Update information in internal systems
- Assist with state and regulatory filings
- Support the team with general administrative tasks and office coordination
- Look for ways to improve workflows and increase efficiency
- Assist on special projects that help strengthen operations
- Help maintain strong internal controls, accuracy, and compliance

What We’re Looking For- Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or equivalent experience
- 2‑3 years of office & administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Professional communicator (written + verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and adjusting to changing priorities
