Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities- Conduct physical exams and health assessments
- Develop personalized care plans and interpret diagnostic results
- Educate patients on health management and disease prevention
- Document encounters accurately in EHR systems
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care
- Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Active FNP or PA certification and California license, with experience in primary care preferred. Proficiency in EMR/EHR, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication are essential.
