Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Medfamily Wellcare Center in Exeter, CA is seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team.

• Conduct physical exams, assessments, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications, perform diagnostics, and educate patients on health management.
• Manage acute pain, chronic illnesses, and coordinate outpatient care.
• Utilize EMR systems like eClinical
  
  Works for accurate documentation.
• Perform procedures such as suturing and injections.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for a continuum of patient care.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure accurate records.
• Provide telehealth services to increase patient access.

• Primary care experience in a primary care or urgent care setting.
• Proficiency in medical coding and medical terminology.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Valid California state license as FNP or PA.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

• Base salary starting at $135,200/year.
