  • Creating Treatment Plans: create, present, and clearly explain treatment plans to clients in accordance with the veterinarian's directions.
  • Coordinating Seamless Care: collaborate with the technical team to ensure the veterinarian's treatment plan is completed efficiently and handle in-room check-outs, including payments and scheduling follow-ups.
  • Educating Clients: clearly explain discharge instructions, ensure prescription fulfillment, and address client inquiries.
  • Following Up with Care: conduct post-visit follow-ups to check on the well-being of pets and communicate any test results.
What You'll Bring To The Team

  • A genuine love for animals and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
  • A friendly, personable, and empathetic demeanor.
  • Proficient in active listening, with strong computer literacy and typing skills for accurate medical transcription.
