Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for spa guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, and supporting the spa team with administrative tasks.

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments and manage spa booking software accurately.
• Process payments and handle transactions in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil reception area.
• Provide information on spa services, promotions, and products.
• Liaise with spa therapists and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist with retail sales and restocking displays as needed.
• Handle guest concerns or escalate them to the Spa Manager appropriately.

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Engaging and welcoming personality
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Frequent bending, pushing/pulling, and lifting/carrying up to 30 lbs, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
