Position: Account & Relationship Management Executive – Higher Ed Sales (Nursing)

What You’ll be Doing:
  • Develop in-depth relationships with key decision-makers in assigned accounts.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to align products/services to customer requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales with a high degree of authority.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Support clients during the implementation of products/services.
  • Resolve complex customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling within the account portfolio.
You’re a Great Fit if You Have/Can:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2 years’ experience in Field Sales or Account Management or other equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills for setting terms and closing deals.
  • Solid understanding of the organization’s products or services.
  • Ability to design and implement targeted sales strategies.
  • Advanced use of CRM software for account management.
  • High proficiency in resolving complex customer issues.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking and adapting sales performance.
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
