We are seeking a dedicated LPN to provide private duty, one‑on‑one care for a wonderful 2‑year‑old female child in the Jefferson area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a kind and appreciative family.

• Friday: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

• Perform G‑tube care and feedings
• Perform medication administration
• Assessing neuroirritability
• Monitoring seizures
• Assist client with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed mobility, transfers, and eating per individualized care plans
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Pediatric & G‑tube experience
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Reliable, compassionate, & patient‑centered
• Ability to chart electronically (Statewise) and complete documentation accurately
