Salary: Begins at $39,629 as per the ETESSA negotiated agreement

Benefits: Full-time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, and Dental Benefits and will be entered into the appropriate NJ Pension Program

Location: District Administration Building

The Ewing Public Schools announces an employment opportunity for an Assistant Head Bookkeeper – Payroll.

Qualifications:

  • One to three years prior experience working in payroll preferred.
  • Possess knowledge of regulations pertinent to payroll, pension, compensation, disability insurance, workers compensation, general insurance and health benefits preferred.
  • Exhibits a personality that demonstrates excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to relate well with staff and administration.
  • Possess a high degree of proficiency in technology, bookkeeping skills, data processing and payroll software systems.
  • Must meet all legal, health requirements and physical demands, including criminal history background check, as set forth by State Law and/or the Board of Education.
