As a Partner, you’ll lead ERM’s Health & Safety Services growth strategy for North America, reporting directly to the Global Health & Safety Services Leader. Your impact will be measured by:
Accelerating sales and revenue growth for ERM’s health & safety service line.
Building and executing go-to-market strategies that resonate locally while aligning with global objectives.
Driving thought leadership and representing ERM at key industry events.
Leading and mentoring a team of 100+ consultants, fostering innovation and excellence.
Expanding ERM’s brand presence and client relationships across the region.

What You’ll Bring RequiredBS/MS in engineering, health & safety, natural sciences, business, management or related degree.
Minimum 15 years of progressive consulting experience, including multi-million-dollar revenue achievements.
Proven success in business development and delivery at a senior level.
Demonstrated ability to drive commercial impact at a large BU or regional scale.
Expertise in building and scaling businesses.
Exceptional leadership and influence skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt strategies as needed.
Subject matter expertise in health & safety consulting.
Willingness to work flexible hours to meet the requirements of a global business and travel as required.
Established reputation and recognized consulting expertise in the marketplace.
Experience with acquisitions and integration strategies in health & safety.
Advanced degree in engineering, health & safety, natural sciences, business, or related field.
Lead regional execution of ERM’s Global Health & Safety Services strategy.
Develop and implement proactive go-to-market campaigns for North America.
Originate and secure flagship projects with key clients and prospects.
Define client value propositions and identify opportunities for integrated solutions.
Drive innovation through collaboration with technical communities.
Represent ERM as a thought leader at regional and industry events.
Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent to strengthen ERM’s leadership pipeline.
Exchange best practices and foster collaboration across global service leaders.

For the North America Regional Service Leader, Health & Safety Services position, the anticipated annual base pay is $190,000 - $221,000 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
