Myticas’s direct client is currently seeking a Fulfillment Associate for a 100% ONSITE contract position at Ewing, NJ.

Job Description

As a representative of the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) division
, you will provide a broad spectrum of solutions, services, and expertise to legal, finance, risk, and compliance professionals. You will join a global leader that helps customers make critical decisions every day by providing expert solutions that combine deep domain knowledge with specialized technology. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment focused on increasing team efficiencies and improving overall customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with internal/external customers, vendors, and jurisdictional agencies.
  • Perform searches, document retrieval, document preparation, execution, filings, and recordings at all jurisdictional levels.
  • Assist customers and vendors with order fulfillment and problem resolution.
  • Demonstrate and explain service offerings, procedures, processes, and jurisdictional requirements using a consultative approach.
  • Make well-informed, timely decisions to meet client expectations and provide recommendations to improve customer retention and efficiency.
  • Challenge existing procedures and suggest enhancements to improve service delivery and employee satisfaction.
  • Assist with training team members and vendors on products, jurisdictional requirements, and company databases.
Required Skills/Experience
  • Associate’s degree from an accredited college/university and/or a minimum of one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, commercial title/abstracting, and/or commercial banking preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with excellent data entry skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prioritize demands from multiple sources.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
