AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

Our Service Advisors take ownership of the customer experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact as it relates to vehicle status, repairs, and diagnostics. Immediate opportunity for the right candidate looking to take their career to the next level.

• Promptly and professionally answering service calls, and setting and confirming appointments
• Accurately and thoroughly writing repair orders
• Acting as a reliable, responsive liaison between the technician and customer
• Patiently and thoroughly assisting our customers through the service process.
• Collaborating with team members for loaner availability, proper warranty processing and disclosure.

• Expected Rate of Pay: $70-$100k for the right, driven person

• Hyundai Certified Preferred
• 3-5 years Service Advisor/Writer experience
• Proficient with NNAnet
• Dealer Track experience preferred
• XTime experience preferred
• A strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
• Good organization skills and a friendly personality
• Fantastic communication skills

• The ability to work with little supervision
