Qualified Automotive Technician (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or certified equivalent)

At least 1-2 years industry experience as a qualified Motor Mechanic

Ford factory experience (desirable)

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Ability to work efficiently and maintain high-quality workmanship

Great communication skills and a positive, team-driven attitude

Attractive earning capacity of $77,000+

Ongoing Ford factory training and professional development
