Jefferson Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Vehicle Accessory Fitter & Pre-Delivery Technician to join our centralised Pre-Delivery Department in Seaford
. Working with the Ford and Hyundai brands, this role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and has experience with accessory fitment and vehicle builds.

Reporting to the Pre-Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for fitting genuine vehicle accessories
, completing fleet fit-outs
, and assisting with vehicle builds
, ensuring all vehicles are delivered to manufacturer and Jefferson Automotive Group standards.

• Fit and install genuine Ford and Hyundai vehicle accessories
• Complete fleet fit-outs and vehicle builds to specification
• Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new vehicles
• Perform basic mechanical and electrical checks
• Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely
• Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment
• Complete job cards and required documentation accurately
• Work closely with the wider pre-delivery and dealership teams

• Proven experience as a vehicle accessory fitter or pre-delivery technician
• Experience working with Ford and/or Hyundai vehicles highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Current manual driver’s licence (essential)
• Automotive trade qualification preferred but not essential
